I bought this guro and have it mounted in my Gaui 200. It's a good little gyro for not a lot of cash. HH holds fine but needs a quick servo to get the best out of it. The Chinglish instructions are poor and will be confusing for a novice. Set up however is very straight forwards and will not present any problems to more experienced helicopter flyers. I'm very surprised at how it performs certainly equal to my GY401 in my T-Rex 250.

works well albeit an extremely touchy adjustment dial. instruction manual badly translated, so still no idea how to get it into headlock mode. however for the price it isnt too bad compared to how much 'professional' ones cost, and they are touchy too remember!

continued... the sensitivity adjustment is very sensitive to input as it easy to wag the tail with little adjustment. is really bad in headlock mode as in the first min or so is keeps tail straight, after that nose turns right, so I need to trim rudder ch everytime regardless how I tried to electronically/physically adjustment to stop unexpected turns, very annoying, so 1 star for this.

Yeah positive points. about the price: OKay, the design: excellent/very light in weight/looks very cute.

Negative points. electronics quality is not what I've expected, the manual, I think it came from alien space as only alien people can understand it (you know what I mean). the cable is too looong cause I don't know where to hide the surplus as the size of gyro is perfect match for small helis such as trex 250-450. continued...

Holy Crap!! Been trying to learn to fly for a month now. Been struggling to get stable flight. Just bought an Align GP-750 gyro with high speed digital servo and flew like I knew what I was doing for the first time ever. (and that was in 15 mph wind) My gy292 is now up for sale. Not worth five bucks to me!

Nice little gyro for smaller helicopters. I use this in my HK-250GT.
