I installed that Motor on the Phoenix 1600 with stock propeller (i believe it is 10*6) and a 3S Lipo.
It worked very well for some Time (approx 2-3h airborne Time in Total). Two days ago one of the three bullet connectors broke. I resoldered but on the the next day the motor burned down.
I used it within the specifications (according to my wattmeter it drained 22 amps at full throttled with a fully charged 3s lipo).
I also always checked that the propeller was not blocked in some kind of way.

I ordered a second one. Let's see how the other one works out. The time it was running i was almost perfectly satisfied. It got a little bit hot however.

Bought it for my Reichard Cumulus 2,5m F5J glider.
I use a 9x5 folding carbon prop.
Pulls 20A of my 800Mah 3Cell battery.
It can climb almost vertically....
Very happy with the Motor..

motore testato a 3 celle con elica 10x7 buone prestazioni e regime costante, a 4 celle inizia a essere un po troppo spremuto e i cuscinetti non durano a lungo, forse di scarsa qualit

Motor has bad bearings right out of the box. At slow speed, there's a loud "clunk, clunk, clunk" and is out of balance. At higher RPM, it seems a little better but not so happy with the quality.

I have built it in my VMAR Piper L4 GRasshopper with an 30A ESC 10x6 Master Airscrew 3S 2200mAh the weight of the plane was about 900g. This Setup was enought to do Knife Edge, Turns and Loops but it needs good cooling but was always a way too hot in the Summer times. So I decided to buy an 28-36 1200KV which suits much better, enough Power to tow an 1kg Sailplane.

This motor is ment to be for multi rotors but I put it on a 3d plane with a 4 cell and it takes off with 1/3 of throttle giving me 300 watts with a 10x4.7 prop.this motor is built well and has plenty of power for such a small size
