Mine works perfectly on the bench as described by pic in the files tab. I used a servo tester and a 4.8V flight battery to control a small globe. Fine. So I know what it is supposed to do. However when I plug the switch into the 7 Ch RX Hitec aurora 9Tx 2.4Ghz, It just stays ON. Led goes blink blink blink blink........ ON- then can't turn off. If I replace the switch with a servo plugged into the RX (same Channel), goes nicely from end to end when switching using the TX. I tried extending the EPA to 140% both ways, Reversing the channel, turning things on in different sequence as suggested by dwinner1 ,,, still no go. My conclusion is it's not compatible with Hitec.

I've just found that my switch will only kill the motor if I switch it on before my receiver is switched on. The motor will run all right. It just won't kill the motor. I don't know if every switch is the same, but just something to try if your's isn't working correctly. Works all right on a 4.8v 4cell flight pack.

Used to make kill switches using an Arduino board. But at this price I can not manufacture it myself

G'day Got one before and it didn't work below 6V, Ran a regulator after the switch and job done. I got another one and hooked it up. Lights came on and wouldn't turn off. So I dived into the reviews here and found that the input/output wires were reversed on the board, confirmed by swapping I/O with a couple of adaptor leads. Resoldered the leads and bingo, works well now.

Ordered two of these and they arrived today. Mine arrived with the in and out connectors soldered in the correct sense i.e. the input has a socket on it to accept the plug on the battery pack and the output has a plug on it. They also work correctly down to 3.6 volts on the load power supply so the ones I have will work as a ignition on/off switch when using a 4.8 volt pack to power the ignition on a gas engine. The fail safe works in that it will cut the power to the engine ignition box if the Tx /Rx link fails. Top marks HobbyKing!!!!

Ideal en caso de que se rompa el mando de acelerador, o se trabe el carburador, o el ralenti del mtoor sea tan bajo que no se pueda plantar. Esto corta la chispa del cdi y apaga el mtoor. RECOMENDABLE
