Built for speed but with a low wing-loading, the Parkjet 2 screams across the sky and can still glide in for a slow landing. The Parkjet 2 has an unbelievably wide flight envelope.

The new and improved Parkjet 2 includes a powerful 2623-4500kv brushless outrunner motor, 15A ESC and an improved fiberglass reinforced motor mount giving this model a significant boost in performance.

The HK Parkjet 2 is a fantastically fast park-flyer with very docile and predictable slow-flight characteristics, it's easy to land and hand launches are made simple with underside finger holds which also mark the CG location. The main wings are reinforced with carbon fiber rods and the fuselage can accept a wide variety of batteries from 800mAh up to 1300mAh!

This version of the Parkjet 2 comes in "Plug and Fly" format with the motor, ESC and servos all pre-installed. You will simply need to add your own radio system and batteries to complete this model.

Please note: Servo's and ESC have micro receiver plugs.

i already converted my Parkjet 2 High Speed Wing EPO 550mm with 3 cells set up using 2200kv motor with 30 amp esc and propeller 6x4 and battery 900mah 60c. Flying time is about 3 minutes with half throttle. Esc,motor and battery cold and not sthretch. Powerfull and very enjoy. CG also ok and no need to to trim.

The Parkjet is a well-made model which tracks quite nicely for its size! It is quite twitchy, and therefore is by no means a beginner plane, but it's good fun for someone looking for a bit of a challenge! This plane rolls very quickly and can perform various manoeuvres with little trouble. The canopy fits nicely, but has a tendency to fly off, but is easily fixed by a little bit of velcro. I used 80/20 DR/Expo on this model to get it flying comfortably and smoothly, but 100pcnt rates work well for a phenomenal roll rate! This is a strong intermediate plane, and will provide plenty of learning experience.

My "PNF" version (no stabi) also arrived.
I also got this strange 5-wire connectors and an ESC with 3 wire JST 1.25 pitch.
So I replaced both servos ESC (servos 4,3g and HK-20Ah ESC), using an not a stabiliced RX.
Also I put a little carbon rowings / rods under the rudders and under the wing and some perlon textile ribbons (with EPO glue) on the fuselage for reinforcement.

So this was -NOT- PNF.

BUT ...

The Parkjet 2 flies very well fast. :-)
And this jet can be stall landed with fully drawn rudder ( 25 degrees)! :-)
That's a lot of fun. :-)

(My COG is 3 mm in front of the center of the handhold holes, weight is 240g with LiPo 850 2S).

i bought this park jet and my comments is, this not recommende to beginer pilot because it so hard to hand launch because the electronics setting is not enough to bring this thing climb and must have someone to launch for you.

DON'T BUY THE PNF version of this model. Mine arrived today, and whilst initial impressions were good (well packed, spare prop, even some 5min epoxy), problems soon emerged. The servos have micro connectors with 5 wires, the esc has a micro connector. In the RCgroups discussion, you'll find that these servos will work only with the 3 axis stabiliser. Secondly, no c/f rods are to be found fitted to the wings as reinforcement. The model that was sent to me does not match the description above. I'm normally happy with HK products, but this is definitely not PNF, more like false advertising.

This is nice plane with a lot of good opinions on RC Groups, but this PNF version w/out stabiliser makes no sense at all. Included servos may run ONLY with original stabiliser, so they are useless with any standard or micro RX or with any other stabiliser like Orange. This model shall be described as ... with motor and ESC, because servos need immediate exchange....

Very nice wing, and very fast : a litte too fast for my second airplane model. It is a rebranded version of Skyartec Mini Skyfun ;-) Quality is good but some features are not so well designed :
- i had tu put spacers on the motors mount's screws because it blocked the rotor of the motor when fully screwed (you can also shorter the screws of course)
- when you crash or land hard on the nose, all the front twist up and the hinge has to be glued after a few times
- when you land, the underwing wiring of the servos is very exposed and this is the really bad point of this plane : i have broken 4 servos in only one month...
Turnigy T531-BBD servos fits very well with a 10cm extension cable and have the same mecanical caracteristics than the stock one ;-)
I think i will made landing protections like rails with 6mm depron before my next fly...
