Bearings have poor tolerance. Had to disassemble the motor to shim the rotor to remove the excessive endplay.
Motor runs very hot even when geared 12/86 in a stock Rustler running on pavement.
Would not recommend even if only using it in a light 2wd on road car. The build quality is quite poor. As others have noted, it's very jittery on startup. Sometimes it won't even start turning unless you give the car a push. I am using a Mamba Max esc, which has started any other motor I've use smoothly and with no problems.

I am writing my experience for peoples reference,

I used that with 3S Li-Po and 22T with 1/10 draft car,

works well, and start up smooth, the only thing is you might need programming the ESC to timing with about 12 degree up at least for better start line, well, I bought Scanner 150A ESC and program card too,

so the motor & ESC is work well in my 1/10 draft car now.

nice, fast looking motor, Perfomance is high torque at 3S,

The motor has way powerful and low power consumption.

It should be categorized as a mild motor, that could be make better is magnet of vibration, guess not quiet round emought between shalf and magnet, so i give quality around 3.5 crown only, but price cheap.

Hi I bought this one for my friend. But this motor killed ESC.This motor makes short circuit by core magnet is left out.And reactionary torque of coil makes the snapping of a wire.
