Great product for the money just look like eflite retracts but half the cost these will fit straight into my parkzone spitfire also avery very quick delivery well done hobby king.

Super Einziehfahrwerk, passt in die Parzone-Flieger (Spitfire, P47). Nur leichte Anpassungen ntig. Leider sind keine Achsen dabei, hier empfielt es sich, die Originale von e-Flite einzusetzen

Der erste Eindruck dieses Fahrwerks wahr sehr erfreulich. Doch leider nach 5 maligem ein und ausfahren ohne jegliche Last, wirklich nur auf dem Tisch liegend, hat das eine Fahrwerk den Dienst aufgegeben. Ich konnte es nicht lassen das Teil zu ffnen um zu sehen was Sache ist. Es wahr einfach kein Gewinde mehr im Antriebs-Veriegelungsbolzen! Also der Kleber mit der Aufschrift "Przisionsteile" ist doch eher fragwrdig.
Ich werde dieses Produkt nicht zurcksenden, da ich nicht so lange warten will. Werde es selber reparieren.
Kaufen wrde ich es bestimmt nicht mehr. Schade, bin sonst sehr zufrieden mit HobbyKing

Installed retracts on the new F4U-1A Corsair, mounts fit just fine but two screw holes had to be drilled, they were a few mm off, but that's not really a problem. The problem is that one of the retracts stopped working after testing them for a few minutes, glad I didn't take it in the air or else I'd probably have a major scuffed up wing... BUT before the one retract stopped working, the other one, the link to twist 90 degrees kept coming off, having a round piece over the ball doesn't work, it wears out really easy and starts popping off, they should've made something to actually hold it in place. Tomorrow I will go to my brother's mechanic shop and fashion something to keep it in place while it twists, but I have to wait for another shipment of retracts... Very poor quality but I'm still going to give it another shot so I can see how they perform while in the air and actually landing... Also ordered a few different type of retracts to see if any of those will work better... (Please HobbyKing, make metal links for the 90 degree twists! I can't trust small thin plastic pieces to keep my wheels straight, or else they're spinning all over the place!)

Previous comments on here indicated that the V2 had metal trunions, they are made of plastic. They are held in position with grub screws into the plastic, this will still allow the legs to rotate on landing. Not happy at all. (probably the reason why all the previous comments have been removed from here as well), come on HK, a review is a review so lets here the good and bad points without censorship.

The Trunions on these retracts are plastic, they are good gear, but I will return mine for the metal ones. The plastic will not be suitable for my application. I bought them because I thought they were replacing the changeSun purple retracts that had metal trunions. These are ChangeSun retracts, just cheaper ones. I guess V2 now means "made of plastic not metal"? I thought they were V2 because they now have 2 set screw holes.... A bit decieving?

They are recommended for the Mosquito by Hobbyking ,only they do not fit the plane .
