have bought 2 of these planes and they are great little flyers. the original motor supplied burnt out after 10 or so flights, so I fitted a 64mm EDF out of my destroyed Stinger. It fly great and sounds even better. I just mounted the edf to the original plastic mount base with two 3mm bolts.
Replaced the elevons with balsa and this stiffens up the control surface and gives more precise response. Set rates to 50pcnt on the ailerons, 100pcnt on elevator and it flies gently.

I admit , Im a nube , and this is the second plane Ive flown . With stock motor she will fly quite slow , with good handling and easy landing . Very strong plane ,would recommend some carbon spars to re-enforce the canopy and battery area .This is fast becoming my lazy chuck in the air easy flyer - alerons needed a beef up, bit twisted but I love this one , good value for money

Ordered mine form NSW and received in 3 days in Melbourne, well packaged. As mentioned my others there are and - 's but the pos' outnumber the rest. Definetely a good setup for beginner and intermediate flyers as standard. The canopy finishing (foam part) is a bit rough on the edges and very fine sandpaper fixed this. Used a couple blobs of epoxy to glue the canopy in place, used my Dremel to make 2 recesses next to the canopy for easy removal (Manufacturer should include this in their mould). The problem with the canopy flying off is fixed with magnets or just a elastic band around the nose.

Overall good value for money!!

This model is nothing but fun. I found that after motor upgrade the back end tends to depart with prop and motor after hard unplanned landings. To prevent this I have taken to inject 1/16 inch carbon fibre rods diagonally from the mount area up into the body. this tends to stiffen the motor attach area sufficient to survive almost all crashes

Nice and solid construction, easy to assemble with the included 5min epoxy. Plenty of room for receiver, battery and also for a small camera. Stock motor may be a bit under rated but plane flew very nicely and fast enough for me. Elevators needed some uplift from the control rods, on maiden flight I run out of elev trim and had to fly stick at the bottom! But even with that problem I was able to fly and land nicely. Fixed elevators and then it was even easier to fly, very stable and calm in the air! Landings are very easy, you cannot break this plane when landing. For beginners this plane may be too fast to fly and you can't turn it very quickly. And you can also stall this when not enough speed. Overall I really liked the plane and it is a good choice for a first pusher prop plane!

Well named - its a fun plane.

My combo:
Mystery 30Amp ESC
Turnigy 2836-2350kV outrunner
TGS 4.5 x 4.5E prop
Zippy X-Thin 2200mAH 3S ( borrowed from my AXN FloaterJet)

Good combo to start off flying this nimble pusher-prop. I'll go up in size with the prop (and possibly ESC) as my comfort level with this plane increases. Its sure fast enough for me at the moment.

Also moved the servos to the top of the wing to avoid them being used as landing skids :-)

Great fun building this baby. As easy as pie to assemble and apart from getting a couple of gluey fingerprints on the canopy and having to fit rare earth magnets all round (she won't lose a canopy now) the build was fun. Oh! I added a few 2mm carbon fiber spars to be sure and covered the nose and underbelly in filament tape plus more along leading edges,

I reckon she's as ready as she'll ever be to have her maiden. I've already got another one with a beefed up ESC, battery and motor and according to A UTube video she'll do about 200kph. So when I get used to the tamer beast I'll step up to the screamer to really see some speed. Once I get out of this bed I'll be into all of them lined up for christening. 12 years is long enough but building helis, boats and planes have stopped me climbing the walls. Buy this plane and do yourself a big favor. Strange most buyers end up buying a second one.

this plane has become my favorite. the only way to get an even better plane is to buy it in parts and assemble it your self, which is what i do now.
