I used normal rubber before i got this rubber ring. It actually fits to a 8*4 GWS prop on my prop. saver.

Had a major near miss!! tried to save a few cents and use standard rubber band instead of these propper prop saver bands and had a prop let go in house while hoverinh 3D foamie, prop imbedded in wall only cms from my 3 yr old daughter!!Don't take the chance, spend the 20 cents and save an eye or you're plane!!

I have used hyperion rubber ring but when I buy this and mix with hyperion rubber ring u can't tell which is this one or branded one! It's a good quality as well!

Very good quality prop saver rings.

I would disagree with the first review tho, as these are a lot thicker than the hyperion prop saver rings i have. So depending on the prop saver these give a much stronger fit.
