The AP-2000i is one of the most advanced aeromodelling avionics products available today. It is designed particularly for use in scale, flybar-less and aerial photography helicopters. At its heart there are three distinct devices all housed in the same package. Each of these can be individually enabled or disabled depending on the user requirements.

Advanced Flight Stabiliser
The AP-2000i was designed for fast model recovery and yet smooth hover with particular attention to the needs of aerial photography applications.
It supports both infrared horizon sensors as well as inertial sensors. Please contact us for further details and availability of these optional accessories. Availability and price of the inertial sensor TBA.
When flight stabilisation is not desirable, this functionality can be fully disabled.
Digital Cyclic Ring
Pioneered by Spartan RC the ¡§digital cyclic ring¡¨ technology eliminates swashplate binding at extreme diagonal stick deflections.
We strongly support the use of the digital cyclic ring but should the customer prefers not to use it, this functionality can be fully disabled.
CCPM Mixer
The AP-2000i incorporates one of the most advanced electronic CCPM mixers, designed with particular attention to the special requirements of scale and flybar-less helicopters.
Endpoint adjustment, servo reversing and digital centre-point trims for all four servos for achieving optimum mechanical geometry.
Swashplate types: 120deg CCPM, 140deg CCPM , 90deg CCPM (4 servo). Mechanically mixed swashplates are also supported.
Precision rotor phasing adjustment. +/-90 degree range, in 1 degree increments. An essential adjustment for all multi-bladed helicopters.

General features:
Works with all PCM, PPM/FM and Spread Spectrum receivers and supports both digital and conventional servos.
Hardware based 1800 position servo pulse sampling and regeneration for super smooth and jitter free movements.
Enables the use of piezo gyros on cyclic for stabilising multi-bladed and flybarless helicopters.
Easy configuration of all parameters via a simple LCD user interface.
Separately purchased USB interface allows reprogramming the unit with new firmware releases available from our website. This universal interface works with all existing and future Spartan RC products.

This is a great piece of kit.. connect it upto an IR reciever and it will hold your Heli very well, I have been learning to fly helis for ages not having much time but this has helped me loads, some people here dont understand this unit and what it can do, It will run a flybarless head or multiblade setups and can be used with extra gyro's, It has good software for setup and the adjustments that can be made will make your heli fly very smooth, I have added a camera setup now and have some awsome video again using this unit, If you are new or beginner use the HK system as this is for pro's or get somebody who understands this to do the setup for you and you will be happy..

This product works great on my Raptor 30. I am able to solo now at 95% gain. Makes the heli very stable and predictable. I will turn the gain down every weekend until I can fly with stabilization off. I had only solo'ed once before on a trainer cord. Today I flew 3 tanks alone. Well worth it. Fma sensor is very hard to find as the newest ones from fma are digital and wont work with this unit. Must be the old analog sensor.

Excellent product at an excellent price, (same one is costing a whole lot more around here in the States),it will help stabilize your heli for AP jobs or aerial videography. Please beware that you will need to buy the FMA infrared sensor to use the stabilization feature, and the Spartan FMA sensor cable. The infrared sensor from FMA direct the sensor is like $45-$50 bucks, and you should have a complete stabilized system for way less money.
