    The Spitfire 60 Sport is an all balsa/ply constructed .60 size nitro sport scale model.

    Aimed squarely at sports flyers looking to venture into scale territory, without the associated expense of a true scale airframe. The scale looking elliptical wing and tail look fantastic in the air and also ensure good flying characteristics. Perfect for learning a proper scale flying style, the inboard flaps allowing the model to slow and float on the final approach - helping to teach you how to set up proper descent glide paths and finite throttle control.

    This is a fantastic model that will help assist you in stepping up to larger scale models.

    This plane fly well with 15cc engine. CG is perfect as per instruction 100mm from LE. Fly with 50pcnt dual rate for aileron but still a little sensitive. Landing was slow with the flaps. But the landing gear mount and the retract was dislodge from the plane when touch down. The landing gear mount is made of soft wood, not able to take the weight of the plane. Need to do your own reinforcement in that area. Overall is a very nice to fly plane minus the soft wood landing gear mount, 2 crowns taken out for this.

    Have started to assemble the model. Building description, which is on a CD is of poor quality. It is difficult to discern the details. The fit to mount servo for landing gear is bad. The material is generally of poor quality. Plywood and balsa is "Chinese" quality, which says a lot.
