The Sukhoi SU-35 is a single-seat, twin-engine super maneuverable multirole fighter. In the 1980s, Sukhoi was looking to upgrade its high-performance SU-27. The resultant SU-35 embodies aerodynamic refinements to give it more maneuverability, greatly enhanced avionics, longer range, and a more powerful engine. The first prototype, converted from a production SU-27, made its maiden flight in June 1988.

This highly scale twin 70mm EDF model embodies all of the performance and good looks of the real SU-35 aircraft. With its brilliant military paint scheme, detailed pilot and scale decals, this famous fighter jet really looks the part!

With features such as electronic servoless retracts, functional nose-wheel gear doors, all-moving tail plane, working rudders and 360° thrust vectoring, this model has everything you could ask for and more! It even features removable bolt-on wings & vertical stabs making transportation/storage a breeze.

With the recommended power setup, the SU-35 has greater than a 1:1 power-to-weight ratio allowing for the most radical of flight maneuvers!

This twin 70mm SU-35 arrives in ARF form, so you will need to add your own brushless motors, ESCs, servos, 6ch TX/RX and a 6S 3700~4000mAh lipoly to be in the air!

Features:
Powerful twin 70mm EDF system (motors/ESCs not included)
Expertly painted highly detailed color scheme
Removable bolt-on wings/vertical stabs
Full 360° thrust vectoring
Electronic servoless retracts (included)
Functional nose-wheel gear doors
All-moving tail plane
Working rudders

Specs:

Got mine in perfect conditions from international warehouse. Along with the TAFT Viper the best EDF Jet I own until today (six years edf flying). Very scale, beautiful details and nice goodies for an arf (all extensions already included and in place).
Setup for mine is 2 x 2500kv, 2 x 55A Esc, 1 x 6S5000 35C.
Flying this beauty is relative easy due to its great stability and slow landing speed.
High speed is average with about 170 km/h (GPS).
Resuming, a fantastic edf jet which draw the atention on every field.

Best EDF I have ever owned, amazing performance, paired it with 2 75amp 12 blade 70mm edf's on 6s. Straight verticals all day.

Throw original EDF to bin! I fit Freewing aloy 12 blade EDF, Turnigy dlux 100A SBEC Brushless Speed Controllers. 6S LiPo 8000mA. All together producing almost 6kg thrust on full throttle. Made few modification on landing gear and remove pitot tube from cone - it will brake sooner or later anyway. Original SU-35 do not have pitot tube on cone! Using ailerons as flaps in landing mode as well - Each aileron on own channel.

Fan units are cheap and servos are hard to match to the cut holes so dont order them untill you have the kit.
I used Dr Mad Thrust 1900 6s EDF's,(wish I hadent, theyre rubbish). Cheapo HK 90-100A ESC's and the recommended servos,(which didnt fit so had to do some chopping).
Flys brilliantly, very predictable and quite scale without thrust vectoring, lands very smooth with a little flair and downthrust. With thrust vectoring its awsome, the most simple 3D I have flown, I'm used to 1.5m prop hangers but this is rediculouse. Cobra is very simple and stall into a flat spin is the simplest manouver and it comes down perfectly flat. I will buy another one when theyre back in stock. Spend the extra and fit Mercury EDF's is my top tip. I used a Turnigy gold A spec 5000mAh 6s for juice, CG about an inch in front of the instructions.

Powerful and very well built. With the double EDF's it cab reach very high speed and performance is best with 6S 5000mAh batteries or more

Truly excellent airfame - perfect for us types that prefer to fit our own electrics. Beautifully moulded and finished. Can't wait to get to get this one airborne in the summer! This is incidentally, a Freewing model.

Awesome kit! Comes in an unmarked box. Is also sold as the Freewing SU-35. Al servo wires have been installed and are labeled. Will put it together over the winter. Too bad it is NOT EPO.
