I have used this product on all surfaces. For 25 years. Use sullivan #501 2/56 rods comes in different lengths so you can get the right length where you need it.All ways!!!!!!!!!!!! keep the inner rod to where you can not see it this will give the strongest push or pull as it will not flex in the tube.The blue for 40 size,red for throttle or and 20 size,the black houseing i use on big ships 50cc up.Just brace inside every 6 inches.

Bought a bunch, because I always throw out the supplied throttle link from ARF kits.

Although I have not put this in a plane I can tell it is high quality. I just tested to see how well it slides and I was blown away at how smoothly it slides. Highly recommended.
