    A light yet powerful motor designed for operation on 2 or 3 li-poly cells. Great for small field flyers from 7 to 18 oz. We suggest propping for around 100 watts continuous.
    We recommend a 8 x 4 prop for 3-cell Li-Poly and a 9 x 5 for 2-cell Li-Poly use.

    Again another top motor from Turnigy have it on an assassin combat wing with 7x4 prop. It screams through the sky.

    How come you guys get such high thrust from this motor? I have tried 4 different props on a 2c nano 1300 and never got over 450 grams. The best result was from a wood 9x5 Turnigy prop with around 21 Amps. Next to that was an APC style 9x6 with 430 grams and 22 Amps.

    Eigentlich sehr gute Motoren. Habe 2 Stueck gekauft und eingesetzt. Leider - nach etwa 20 Minuten Laufzeit ging ein Lager an einem der beiden Motoren kaputt. Ist mir auch bei anderen HK Motoren schon passiert. Wuerde sie nicht mehr kaufen (Turnigy-Motoren), wenn sie nicht wirklich preiswert waehren. Das spielt es keine grosse Rolle ob ich zu jedem Motor den ich bestelle gleich einen zweiten (als Ersatzteillieferant) kaufe.
    Nachbemerkung: Ich fliege nur sehr sorgfaeltig ausgewuchtete Propeller - daran kann es also nicht liegen. Wuerde mich freuen, wenn KH mal endlich seine Motorenlieferanten dazu verdonnert, gute Lager einzubauen. Zahle auch gerne 1, 2 Dollar mehr. Gute Qualitaet hat nun mal seinen Preis. Und den bin ich gerne bereit zu zahlen - wenn ich dadurch weniger Flieger verliere! Oder!?

    using turnigy 3S 2200mAh 20C and GWS 8040x3 (3 blade) for my quad-copter, and 2 of them was burning out when testing full-throttle (still in bench). shoud underline the specs that says 6v-8v ...



    now using 2 cell, and its running cool .... 5 star ...

    This is the best Motor I ever used for my EasyStar (2.4Kg with FPV electronics). With 5A 3S you can fly over 1h.
    You can use this motor for every not too big plane.
    25A ESC, 3S LiPo, 6x4 Prop is the perfect setup. No heat at all.
