Very smooth running, gets a bit hot but am running it above spec at 36A (static) on a fresh 3S 1300mah battery. Using in the HK F35 with the stock six blade 64mm fan.

I used this motor in a GWS ME262 twin, with HK 64MM fanawesome performance, nice quality motor. I get maybe 5 to 7 mins on a 3 cell, 3600 mah. Take off from a grass field-make sure you set your timer for 5 mins, dead stick on this plane is not pleasant if your not close to the run way

Very good motor will use on second ME 262good job on this one HK.

I used this in a GWS ME 262- perfect power for this, using 3 cell 4000 mah with 2 36 amp thunderbird esc's. Has great speed, but not lighting fast. I can get a good 5-7 min flight if I manage the throtles. I also used HK 64mm edf that worked great, I have found the collet typ fan mounting works best with edf because of the tolerences in the fan shroud. Nice motor, quality seems to be theregood job HK

I modified a Hayoe 51mm to fit this motor. - just for the fun of it. The bench test results using a 2200mAH 4S battery and 40amp ESC were surprising.

- 37 amps

- 550 watts

- approx 55,000rpm

- +750g thrust

After 5 mins bench test at various throttle settings, motor was warm - but not hot.

An interesting experiment that might (now) have to try on an aircraft.

This looks and sounds like a great motor however I need the smaller shaft supplied. I tried to remove the larger diameter shaft which turned out to be an impossible task. Twisting, heating with a hairdryer then soldering iron... cooling the shaft, then tried to bend the shaft and twist it out.... nothing. At last tried hammering it out but finally gave up. What a pitty!

Nice motor, very good quality and unbeatable price. I use it in a Jetiger with a 5 blade 64mm EDF, 1800mhA 3S 20C lipo. Just a little bit warm even after 5 min WOT.

Performs great, thrust nearly 1:1. Will post some more data when I receive my Wattmeter. So far 5 stars without doubt.
