Producing crisp quality video and still images, the Turnigy 2K HD is a high quality, great value action cam that will more than meet the needs of the serious hobby/sport videographer/photographer.

The Turnigy 2K has the same measurements as Tunigy HD and HD WiFi Action Cams and very similar dimensions to the GoPRO Hero 3 camera making it a pefect fit for most brushless camera gimbals on the market today such as the Quanum Q-2D/Q-3D, Tarot T-2D and most other GP3 gimbals.

Ideal for general action camera photography, sports photography and aerial video, and when combined with our Q-2D/Q-3D gimbals it provides the perfect aerial video solution for Mulitrotors such as our Quanum Nova!

The Turnigy 2K has six different video resolutions to chose from and can record in 2K (2560x1440) at 30 frames per second. This version also allows recording at 60fps in full HD (1080p) and HD (720p).

The Turnigy 2K "Black Edition" is WiFi enabled and the App can be downloaded from the App store (App download details in the instruction manual).

Low latency live video out for FPV Flying is available via the USB port using the Turnigy HD ActionCam FPV Live Video Out A/V Cable listed in the accessires tab.

Good camera with a lot of functions and acessories. It is basically a rebranded SJ cam 4000 , so you can get the firmware options from their website, massive improvement in picture quality after update. The angle is settable to narrow, medium and wide or off. Use it mainly for fpv via usb live out and recording (at the same time), no big lag, may be a third of a second. I had to mount it upside down in the gimbal, because there was no space for the live-out cable, luckily there is a mode to flip the picture. Battery lifetime could be a little better, but i am very satisfied with this camera and can recommend it to anybody, who wants a GoPro-like Actioncam at a fraction of the cost.

I recently bought this camera on a special price, which makes it unbeatable. Even at its regular price, I would buy it again as its so good as to make it hard to justify buying a GoPro.
In 2k60fps, the picture quality is superb. Frankly its still great at 1080 30f, and easier to play back on more devices.
Sadly the digital zoom and still picture modes are very poor.
The waterproof case while being susceptible to flare in bright sunlight, is amazingly strong. It has survived multiple RC accidents such as 1/8 scale truck rollovers and terminal drone crashes.

SJ4000plus clone, ottima fotocamera, la utilizzo con l'app SJCAM ZONE, non con la 2K HD zone perché non viene aggiornata da novembre 2015.

Aggiornato firmware alla 2.9 di SJ, introduce anche la possibilità di modificare il FOV.

Nice video quality but the bitrate is only 20mbit on video and that is a bit low for 1080p60fps. Also it only has a 4MP image sensor so the 12MP photos it can make are just upscales. This camera is a rebranded version of the Sjcam SJ4000plus BTW.
