Mine did nothing at first. I tried Turnigy batteries and several different power supplies with no joy. Finally I decided to check the connection for the batteries. I removed the case top and plugged the batteries directly into the sockets. Instant success!
It seems that the problem is a poor mechanical design. With the case installled the batteries will not plug into the sockets far enough to make contact.
Solution is to use the charger without the cover, or cut away the plastic on the top cover to allow the batteries to seat properly in the sockets.
