    Product Description

    The Turnigy Marine waterproof speed controllers are packed with the latest technology and are up there amongst some of the best on the market today. These speed controllers have reached the ultimate IP67 level of protection (Ingress Protection), this is the standard that electronic devices are tested to. The 6 on the IP rating means it is "Totally protected against dust", the 7 on the IP rating means it is "Protected against immersion between 15cm and 1m.

    The Turnigy Marine speed controllers are supplied with a "Copper Bar Heat Technology" water cooling system (exclusively patented) and extremely low internal resistance MOSFET's. Each one has specially designed software which features excellent start-up and acceleration performance, they have an outstanding amount of "punch" when coming out of turns when used in high speed boats. A waterproof on/off switch is fitted so that you can connect the battery then seal the hatch, the radio can then be switched on when you are ready to go.

    2 running modes can be selected, either forwards only or forwards and reverse. The speed controllers also have multiple protections as shown in the features list below. Programming of the many features of the speed controller is easily done using your transmitter.

    Great Product

    I brought it for a 60cm catamaran project and it provides loads of punch, doesn't get hot, the water cooling is very efficient. I use it with 3s 30c 2200mah, which works wells. The heat sink is a very well made aluminum block and the waterproofing is very good, I have had no issues with mine.

    Good size for my NTN-600

    I bought an NTN-600 fast boat that comes without a speed controller.
    The suggested requirement for this boat is for a 50A speed controller so this 60A speed controller should be just right and a little on the "safe side".
    The speed controller is very well built and looks good too so as soon as the boat arrives I will fit it and report back on its suitability and performance.

    Great ESC, have 3 of them, small enough to fit in tight spaces. Like the fact of programming it to run 2s. Bought the Turnigy program card for "Marine" then downloaded the white face plate in file to select proper units on the card display. Keep in mind u must use the male prong on the esc to connect to your cable to program card. Not the fixed cable to the receiver.

    Can be programmed with Hobbywing ESC Program Card.
    Works fine with 2848SL 3900kv Brushless Inrunner in my FT009. It has turned into a dragster !

    This ESC has all the funktions I expected! Especialls the reduced power for reverse and the soft lipo cutoff are very important for me! I use two of them in my Traxxas Villain Brushless.

    Very good and reliable ESC.

    Programming is easy using a card or your transmitter, with clear instructions included. Reverse is available for boats that don't use flex drive shafts. You even get a small sheet of TURNIGY decals for detailing your vessel. I've only had one fail on me, but that was due to a cheap, defective brushless motor that took the ESC with it when the motor shorted out.

    A great ESC for a not-bad price ($10 cheaper would be my preference).

    tried this out on my dragon evo it worked a treat.
    with throttle wide open the esc stayed cool will buy again
