This motor gives my 2000g S500 build lots of power with 11x4.5 props. Quality is questionable, though; I had to send back 3 that were either machined off-centre or had rough bearings. Don't know anything about motor durability but damaged 3 in my first crash (dropped like a stone from ~300ft, don't know why) and 2 in my second (GPS/compass fault). Send back the bad ones, treat them nicely and you'll be very happy with them. These are smooth, quiet and powerful, they go extremely well on my Titus 600 Tricopter, very happy with them.Had to take out the spacer washer in each motor for my props to fit! Still has good balance with just the prop screw cap on with CF1045's. great power in these motors! Doing another build with 'em!If you loose or bend the prop adapter on this motor hobbyking has nothing to replace it with! What a joke, bend a prop adapter and you have to replace the motor!!

Unfortunately there is no other adapter to take the place of the original one Sir, very sorry about this.

I got this motor today and the results are:
Trust 1050 gr (full power)
Battery Turnigy 4S 25C
Amps 14.3 (full power)
Temperature After 5 min 35 celcius.
Just ordered 4 of these. One of them was a different color and style with a prop adapter. It seems HK is mixing up old versions with the new ones. Now I have to pay for return postage! And then I get to wait forever for the correct part sent back! I was forced to-reorder and pay shipping all over again in hopes I get the right part because I'm in the middle of a customer build. Come on HobbyKing WTF! I better get the right motor this time! As far as performance, I can't try it yet with 3 motors on a quad! Thanks!this is a fantastic Motor.
My data: 4S LiPo, 10x4.5 carbon props and 30A Afro ESC give my light quad (1200g with battery) power from hell.
horizontal Speed is about 80 kmh and hover time of 15 min.
The only negative Point are These "arms" at the bottom to fix the Motor. These bending quickly (after a Little Crash).
I can recommend this Motor to everyoneI used this with 12x4.5 CF props on my HK Predator 650. Runs fairly cool and hovers less than 50pcnt throttle (around 35-40pcnt depending on whether i use camera gimbal). Some of the motors feel like they are just a tad out of balance, but I do see balancing tacks inside the motors so they should've been balanced at the factory. Anyways, its just very minor vibrations that is further reduced once a prop is mounted so no big deal. Overall, fairly impressed with the performance. Will be trying on 13x4 props soon.I've choose this one because the other are in BK.All of mine work very well. I am flying a 1.8Kg quad, which still have heaps of power with these motors using 10x4.5 props. I easily get 70Km/h , while flying.
