Overview

Turnigy nano-tech A-SPEC G2 lithium polymer batteries are built to the absolute highest of standards to provide competition level performance.

The A-SPEC G2 packs have the most stable consistent formula yet giving you peak performance without sacrificing reliability. Featuring gold plated balance leads, silver plated discharge wires and an CNT (carbon nano tube) additives mixed into the electrodes, these batteries are simply unmatched by any other in performance and build quality! The new CNT/electrode mixture reduces impedance, generating less heat and maintaining a higher voltage under discharge load. Basically what this means is that these batteries will provide more power in your machine especially during high current draw manoeuvres, and they will provide a longer cycle life due to the lower operating temperatures of the pack.

Top notch performance and build quality make these packs ideal for high-demand flying such as 3D helicopters, EDFs, F3A and any other high current draw applications.

More than just a fancy name. TURNIGY nano-tech A-SPEC lithium polymer batteries are built with a LiCo nano-technology substrate complex and an all new CNT (carbon nano tube) additive greatly improving power transfer making the oxidation/reduction reaction more efficient, this helps electrons pass more freely from anode to cathode with less internal impedance. In short; less voltage sag and a higher discharge rate than a similar density lithium polymer (non nano-tech) battery.

For those that love graphs, it means a straighter, longer curve. For pilots it spells stronger throttle punches and unreal straight-up performance. Unfortunately with other big brands; numbers, ratings and graphs can be fudged. Rest assured, TURNIGY nano-techs are the real deal, delivering unparalleled performance!

Advantages over traditional Lipo batteries.
• Power density reaches 7.5 kw/kg.
• Less Voltage sag during high rate discharge, giving more power under load.
• Internal impedance can reach as low as 1.2mO compared to that of 3mO of a standard Lipoly.
• Greater thermal control, pack usually doesn't exceed 60degC
• Higher capacity during heavy discharge. More than 90% at 100% C rate.
• Fast charge capable, up to 15C on some batteries.
• Longer Cycle Life, almost double that of standard lipoly technology.

The nano-core technology in lithium ion batteries is the application of nanometer conductive additives. The nanometer conductive additives form ultra-strong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity.

These additives create the ability for imbibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high rate discharge decreases greatly.

I wanted to test this a few times before i review it and after putting 6 inch props on my high kv motors and total amp draw was 128amps it did not activate my low voltage alarm until my forth punch-out way better than my dinogy . very happy with this battery so far.
Great product, holds power just well and has the same punch as the much more expensive packs of other brands do. A bit on the heavy and too long for my D-Quad Reflex but other than that I have nothing to complain about. Don't run them <20pcnt and you'll be just fine. These are a bargain really.
I have the Lipo uses only 4 times. Already in the first flight (ZMR250) the voltage of at least one cell broke constantly under a 3.6v. Yesterday was the fourth application, with the result that two cells have no resistance and are below 2.8V, although two cells still have 4,02v.

A really bad result for an alleged top product.
Excellent packaging on these batteries. They came packed well and charged readily to storage voltage. Time will tell how they hold up.
I am not happy with the battery. The first time I realized right away that the voltage of one cell breaks under load on my 250 Racer and falls below 3.6V, although he was fully charged. Maybe I just had bad luck with the battery. This is therefore the first and last battery of this type have been for me.
I am running these lipos in mt Heli. There are handling the current draw well. I am ordering more for my heli
EXCELENTE PRODUCTO, ESPECIAL EN TAMAO,POTENCIA Y DURACIN....OCUPADA EN DURAFLY EFX RACER. MOTOR. LA RECOMIENDO
14 gauge wire on a lipo that should pull between 120 ~ 230 amps ???????

horrible voltage sags under throttle .. :( money wasted
expensive, but they are the best for a 250-300 racing quad with action camera. A great punch! I just bought 3 of them but I want moaaaaaar
these A-Spec batteries are the Best!
