I've ordered these collars, and unfortunately they either send the wrong ones, or someone doesn't know how to measure properly.
The collars I've received are not even close to 1.1mm, and they are definitely not made for a 1mm shaft.
They are more like 1.6mm
I'm not going for a refund since the amount was very little, but I'm very disappointed in Hobbyking for not sending the items as they were advertised. Probably my first and last order.

Nice item. Work decent on 1mm shafts but has a bit of slop, better suited for 1.5mm shafts.
