With a little effort you can change antenas for wi-fi type ones.

That should give you more relayability over extended range.

Heute im ersten Einsatz. Binden ganz easy, failsave Eistellen noch einfacher. Kleines leichtes Teil, kein Zucken der Servos. Alle getesteten Servos haben bereits auf den ersten Zahn meiner recht fein gerasterten Trimung reagiert. Die langen Antennen sind klasse.
Bin gespannt, wie sich der kleine 5Kanal macht. Den da auf jeden fall kaufen, wenn mann die PPM-Ausgabe braucht, sonst tut es der kleine Bruder fuer ein paar bucks weniger genauso gut.

Well, went to modify some linkages and when I hooked up my battery, the ESC started beeping incessantly! Turned out to be a dead RX - strange, it worked fine last weekend. Anyway, HobbyKing wants me to send it back for warranty replacement - cost of shipping is almost price of a new RX, so will just purchase a replacement.

I am using 5 of these recievers in different planes, with a futaba 6exp transmitter converted with the v8ht module. The range checks have been about 80 yards, and even blocked the different aircraft with my body, and never lost the signal. Been up 700 ft with my glider and works great, all have preformed flawless for me. Can't beat its preformance and the price is just great. Converting my 6 planes from FM to 2.4MHz, would have been 4 times more costly to do with Futaba. Saved enough money to get another plane! :-)

Works good, easy to bind, only problem the pins are too close to each other and can cause the plugs to slide off with vibration.

Simple fix, wrap clear tape around the receiver and the plugs. No complaints.

This receiver is very best.Used it in an old Futaba T6xs I turned on frsky for trainer mode and work perfect.
