Good quality motor, no question. However at the end of the day due to the lack of ability to change gears on the car, I found this a little on the slow side, great control when using the Sensored option.

Way more than I expected

Yes this motor is less than 50 bucks an yes you have the right to be skeptical I was. I ordered this to get started in 13.5 4 wheeler buggy. Figured I’d get a cheap motor an see how I liked running in that class. Well I love my AE B74 an love this motor. I went budget on everything but the car. I run AWANFI 4600 2s shorty packs 20.00 each an I run this turnigy 13.5 an it is more than capable of keeping up with the 150-200 dollar motors an 100.00 battery’s on the track. Don’t think because they cost more they are better that’s not true. This motor had no problem keeping up with sever racers running trinity X factors. Revtecs reedy monster max sure speed motors are nice but not necessary. I’ll be getting another one of these to put in my tool box. I run the 17.5 in my 2 wheel buggy an it’s a beast also.

I use this Tackstar 13,5 Motor and my other same Trackstar (10,5t) Motor for RC- Drifting. I like it more then my other 2 140$ Motors... It have a enough RPM and enough torque for drifting on nearly each surface. And the best feature of this motor is that it doesn´t matter how long you are boosting this motor... It doesn´t get hot.... I love this motor but when this motor would be available in black, then much people i know would buy it too.

Great motor for my crawler-monstertruck. With brushed motor it is too slow, with brushless motor too fast, but with this sensored brushless motor car does what I want, can do some jumps and crawl.

This is for me a great motor.
Good punch and very smooth.
This motor is mounted in a Tamiya frog and is a blast and have fun with it.
