    I replaced the unit in a Cobra 90mm with this unit and there was defiantly a increase in power and torque. Although there are fewer blades the swoosh sound is still there, but not the loud squeal. Because the amps are low I used the original 80amp ESC that came with the plane. I later totaled the plane, but the EDF Unit is undamaged, so it will be used again.
    Due to the tail cone being a little long it can require a little maneuvering to place it, but it does fit.
