I'm amending my previous review. This servo has a lot of slop in the geartrain, which I first assumed to be coming from other parts of the steering mechanism, but I have narrowed it down to the servo. This makes the car's handling very sloppy and unpredictable, as it doesn't want to return to center.

I got this servo for a 1/12 pan car (RC12R5.2) and it works well, with a few caveats:

- The output shaft has 25 splines, but is a tiny bit thinner than the output shaft of standard size servos with 25 splines, so normal servo savers will have a minute bit of play when mounted up. This can be resolved by sandwiching a piece of plastic from a parts bag between the servo shaft and servo saver.

- The output shaft is also shorter than standard size output shafts, meaning that normal servo savers will bind against the case if tightened down all the way. To fix this, you'll need to find a tiny washer that can fit inside the socket on the servo saver, which will give enough clearance between the saver and the servo case.

- It is long for a "mini" servo. It still fits in the car, but it is snug.

With those out of the way, it's still a crazy fast and super strong servo, for its size. Even at 6.0v, it is still 0.06s/60 and 3.5 kg/cm.

Have two of them in a glide. Work perfect, good centering low play on gear. I am satisfied with this servo running it on a 2S 6,6V LiFe battery.

I have used this on my RCExplorer tricopter that i built and it has taken a absolute beating! works well, seems a bit jittery on the ground but get it up in the air and it's lovely and smooth. No complaints here.

Anyway, these servos are fast and seem to work really well. I have no issues with the servos. BUT A BIG WARNING. These do not work with the GA-250 GYROS at all. One of my servos got fried, and the others would not set up correctly, even after hours of trying every thing I could think of. The non-HV version of these servos do work with the GA-250's for some reason. I have over 2 dozen of these gyros in all sorts of planes and these are the only servos that have really wasted my time. There should be some sort of warning or advisement.
