Drivesystem is 4,75mm and quality is alright.

Fiberglass hull, is so bad it is unusable! It is so thin that you can lift the Servo wit its mount 1cm up/down -> exact steering impossible. The same for the hole boat, motor mount etc...

Worst thing, the hull is on the V sides not straight, that causes the boat to go under water at higher speed, I'm serious, the boat WILL go down and be completely under water!!!

Arrived in good condition with lots of extra packaging.

Will require extra glassing in the motor mount area as the hull flexes. Also the engine mount rails fitted by the manufacturer are missing the reinforcing.

Apart from that a nice large hull

Have one of these now and it runs well.

The prop was useless using a 2000kv motor on 4S the torque flattened the prop after 1st run. Now running a good quality prop (Beryllium Copper) so if you purchase one replace the prop 1st off.

A few bolts/screws were missing in the original shipment so had to go and get extras which was annoying. Lost one of the prop shaft (stinger kit) screws due to the original prop being so unbalanced it vibrated out, luckily I didnt lose anything else rest of the bolts were just loose.

After all of that it runs very nice, filled the nose with G2 foam makes it hard as concrete but still just as light.

Have to work out the trimming now as when it gets up to plane it wobbles a lot (prop warping I think) will try again once I get the missing bolts to attach the stinger kit securely.

If anyone knows what could be causing the wobbles at high speed if you could let me know that would be awesome.

If I get time I will post up a video of one of the runs.

Not bad for the price. Everything was installed but loosely so just went over it..

Hull was pretty soft almost see through seems weak to me so I added some fiberglass and it's all good. Still waiting for first test but seems to float well

Just received the boat and started to install motor. I use a KD36-60-06L motor. HK recommend motor diameter 36 mm which is OK for the cooling jacket but the rear Aluminum Motor support has a diameter of 40 mm so it cannot clamp the motor. Very strange indeed. And the cooling jacket is made of silicon rubber. It has a multitude of parallell cooling channels connecteed with the in and outlet tubes. But I noticed that many channels were blocked at both the inlet and outlet ends. So I turned the jacket inside out and removed all the flashes that were blocking the channels. I think many of you must have poor cooling of the motor if you do not clean out the cooling jacket. The shaft had no grease at all which is very strange. I will continue my review once the boat is completed.
