The latest version of the popular IMAX B6AC has arrived and now boasts some unique new features. The latest V2 Model now offers PC connectivity which allows the user to control the charger via your home computer and upgrade the firmware as and when necessary.

The B6AC V2 now gives you the ability to adjust the terminal voltage, which makes the charger the perfect charging solution for heavy duty batteries.

The B6AC V2 can also be used as a Lithium battery meter / internal resistance meter and boasts additional functions which include, automatic charging current limit, capacity limit and processing time limit, making the B6AC V2 one of the safest chargers available today.

Versatile, steep learning curve

It is very versatile, but here is a steep learning curve. The manual is not completely adequate, because of the complexity of the user interface. It relies on the state diagram, which is necessarily incomplete because it couldn't possibly fit if it were complete. There are a few errors in the state diagram. After some trial and error, it is working well. I really appreciate being able to know the actual condition of the batteries.

Best charger for just about any battery you might use. Only "down-sides" are the buttons to press feel cheap / loose and the lack of a power off feature so you just pull the cord out of the wall.
