My unit came without the plated, good job I bought 2 (for a spare) at the same time so I can use the plate in both units. The plate fits nicely around the threaded shaft but is too narrow to fit under the flange, where I need it to fit. Bought on sale so I will endeavor to fabricate a proper fitting plate.

quality control should not allow the unit to ship without all the parts.

Wow, This gear puller works like a breeze getting off those thrust washers that are pressed one. Great tool.

Does the job, without the adapter the gap is about 16mm, the plate gap is about 8mm and the tool itself is 25mm. I just wonder how long it will last as the entire device seems to be made of alu.

Great tool for getting those stuck props off a prop adaptor and for getting a prop adaptor off a motor. I can't complain, since it does its job perfectly. One tip I have is; make sure everything is aligned before screwing a lot.

Nice fit of the screw. It does its job nice enough. Good tool to have, not easy to get a stuck prop adapter off without one. Recommend.

To date, only 1 collet style prop adapter has locked onto a motor shaft and this made popping it off simple. When you finally need it, you will wish it was in your tool box.
