Looks great but has some niggles

Went together really easy.. 2 hours including all the electronics which I transplanted from another air frame.

The foam hinges on the control surfaces aren't up to much, on my maiden I managed to rip off the elevators in long grass. I've since upgraded all the hinges with nylon.

I run 2 MG analogue servos and a 2450kv motor and 40amp ecu with a 1300 3s. Flies great at half throttle but getting a touch hot inside the hatch for me. Will route the esc out and back in under the fuselage

Re-maiden didn't go to plan either.. a tree jumped out and I hit it! But the foam only had a small dent. I'm very impressed as a depron foamy would have been in bits.

The Center of Gravity for the SU-35 Fighter Jet is, 85mm back on the wing seam where the wing glues to the fuse.

I am flying with NTM Prop Drive Series 2836 2700kv
some modification required.
with 2200 lipo, plenty of power, cg in line with center of servos.
The battery compartment had to be modified to fit everything in the front.
for the the price I think is a great value,But front fuselage, canopy, lower and upper fuselage could be assembled together in factory, but overall I am please with it, I will up load quick video, I wish they come out with the f-18 in blue angel scheme

Good value model, it looks like something more expensive in the air. No c of g in the manual or decal placement. Not even a picture on the box.

As stated, nice enough kit, goes together ok and looks quite impressive fully built however with no information as to the C of G position it is just a useless lump of foam and plastic! Come on HK, please give us all the information we need?

Update,
Model flown, flies great, cg is right in line with the servo screws that hold the servo arms on.
Be aware mine has a slight warp in the left wing tip which needs straightening as it is causing the model to roll slowly to the left even with full right trim. i will sort with hot water s not an issue, just check your ings prior to flying
My setup needs to be the same as the suggested or better, the 2200kv motor on supplied prop is nice but deff not fast enough for me or even as shown in video
had a 2209 2350kv motor rated at 430 watts delivered today on 4s and a 5x5 should make a huge difference.
I used a 2200Mah 3s1p zippy compact all the way in the front of the battery compartment and it balanced perfectly, 40amp esc situated middle of battery on the side, rx on other side , i would wonder how a 1300 can be used and still get the correct CG without lead??
Anywas hope this helps builders and enjoy the model, oh regarding throws............

very well made model, sure it will fly great but no mention of the CG in the manual, this would help as yiou can use between a 1300-2200 battery so would be nice where to position it
