Turnigy SK3 Motors are the next leap forward in motor quality and design. We instructed the engineers to source the best quality magnets, bearings and materials available to them and develop a motor that would not only rival but surpasses the quality of many leading motor manufacturers on the market today.

The result is an efficient, high caliber motor using quality double shielded bearings, sintered Neodymium magnets and a string wound stator ensuring an accurate and consistent winding each and every time.

The Turnigy SK3 motors are suited to modelers who are seeking a quality brushless motor without compromise.

I use this motor in F3A plane with 10S Nanotech4000, SentilonHV100 (middle timing, low is not working with this combo!) and 20x12 Turnigy wooden electric propeller. Needs to be limited to 88pcnt (FX30 throttle end-point), current cca 65Amp at the beginning and motor is quite hot after 6min flight and 2,7Ah. Overall - good job for the money.

I use this motor on a Black Horse Ryan STA 2.35m wingspan and about 6.5kg. Setup:

Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 - 6364-190kv

TURNIGY Sentilon100A HV 5-12S BESC (Ver4)

12s Flightmax 5000 mAh 25C

APC 18x10e prop

7600 rpm, 70A, 2940W

Motor is cool after 8 minutes of acro flight, about 41 degrees celcius. 2800 mAh used from the batteries, about 21A average.

I use 12s packs because i have them. 10s would be a better option, larger prop.

Motor is very well build. The extra large bearings supports the load very good.
