    Product Description

    The Turnigy Mega 1344W balance charger/discharger is for high power users. It can charge up to 20S NiCd/NiMH or 8S Lithium batteries with maximum current of 40A. The additional LiHV mode is able to charge the new generation of LiPoly batteries with an end of charge voltage of 4.35V per cell. Not only does the Mega 1344W offer a super high charge rate capability, it also boasts great features such as storage charging, cyclic charging/discharging, 10 charge/discharge profile memory and high power balancer.

    The Turnigy Mega 1344W features high efficiency with synchronous rectification technology. It also has some new features and functions. Users can set the end voltage by themselves (recommended for experienced users only) and connect it via USB for PC control and firmware upgrade. What's more, users can also use it as a Lithium Battery Meter and Lithium Battery Internal Resistance Meter. There are also built-in safety features such as Automatic Charging Current Limit, Capacity Limit, Temperature Threshold and Processing Time Limit.

    GOT ONE OF THESE RECENTLY. A NICE QUALITY GHARGER. USING MINE WITH 2 X 12VOLT 12AH BATTERIES IN SERIES GIVING 24VOLT. CHARGES MY 6S BATTS NO PROBLEM. GREAT DISCOUNTED PRICE. THANKS HK.

    Had to make myself a set of leads that have the male-> female protected banana plugs on one end and alligator clips on the other so that I can either connect to my car Pb lead battery, or charge it.
    Have assumed that this could take an AC power plug, as I thought it was much like the HobbyKing EcoTouch, but alas, it is DC input, needing to purchase another item and waste more money on freight.

    On the positive it detects a crappy input voltage (where I have tried an old PC PSU modification with the 12v power rails), or its rated 11v is false.

    The "Charge Master" software crashes on Windows 10, not sure on other operating systems. The updated software resource is crap, where SkyRC has already newer versions of their own "Charge Master". Nowhere to send feedback in response to fixing the software issues.

    All seems negative, but charging my two 8000mah Zippy batteries works a treat after a little programming on the units interface. I used a Projecta battery charger which can be a 15A power supply, did the job. Yet to try to charge my recently aquired 3200mah Zippy Compact.

    All in all it feels heavy, with a much, much better build quality than the HobbyKing EcoTouch (I had to tighten some loose screws on the EcoTouch before it fried)

    Für den Preis ein sehr gutes Ladegerät . Es macht was es soll . Ich lade hauptsächlich mehrere Lipos mit einen Paraboard. Was ich ebenfalls bei HK gekauft habe. Alle Lipos werden sehr gut ausbalanciert !!

    2 months use at 40 amps charging my LIHV batteries and no faults.
    I find this charger balances very well and accurate.
    So far can thoroughly recommend this charger.
