More than just a fancy name the TURNIGY Nano-Tech Lipoly batteries were designed from the ground up with serious performance in mind. Utilizing an advanced LiCo nano-technology substrate that allows electrons to pass more freely from anode to cathode with less internal impedance. In short; less voltage sag and a higher discharge rate than a similar density lithium polymer (non-nano-tech) battery.

The nano-core technology in lithium-ion batteries is the application of nanometer conductive additives. The nanometer conductive additives form ultra-strong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity.

These additives create the ability for imbibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high-rate discharge decreases greatly.

Shipping $50 from US , acceptable . Fed X charge 3 weeks later
for $50 doubles price of batteries , not so good . Will try to buy locally next time .

great battery

I use this to power my portable amateur radio. The voltage is a little high, I need between 12 and 15.7V and when it is fully charged it is over 16V and stays there. I used a few diodes in series to drop the voltage. I've used this for over an hour while portable with my radio and it has performed admirably.
