This order has not been received. It looks as if it has been lost in the post. I have contacted your chat line twice and have been told that there is nothing you can do until the goods are returned to you. As it has been approximately six week's since the order was despatched I think it is lost. I would like to think that you would replace the batteries as I have spent a reasonable amount of money with you over the past years but your chat line staff would not help. Please review this situation and get back to me.
