This is a pretty fun, fast little plane! It is easy to launch underhand with no gyro. Maybe 75% throttle and toss it up.

This airplane is quick, be sure to keep an eye on it during the maiden because before you adjust everything she's bound to gain altitude on you and you will need to add all the negative trim you can to get her down. Once you have the surface controls adjusted it will really fly fast and smooth. I'm adding about as much negative throw as I can to be sure I can fly fast and level and buzz the airfield. I posted a video of the maiden here so you can know what to expect. I think if you use similar throws to what you use for your 64mm EDF jets you will be good.

Bought this for a fun fly gift-- Quality looks good --- might be a hand full to fly-- not for the weak hearted -- Has a hard tork roll to the left when hand tossed --so be aware--other than that it fly's like its on rails and fast fast fast

I purchased this and added a rudder I couldn’t be more happy I get 7 min fast flight on a goldbat 1500mah 100c seems to do 90mph or so. It fits in the front seat of my work truck and goes everywhere I do fly it 8-12 x a day I really hope they get parts in stock I have 27 planes and I just want to fly this for a while please don’t discontinue it we just met

Fast durable plane

I tried it first without flight controller and out of 5 take-offs I had around 2-3 successful ones because the plane really likes to torque roll with throttle to the left. Foam is very thick just color gets scratched with mild crashes and propeller gets bent. It can go quite slow when leveled, but in turns it wing tip stalls, so you have to apply throttle. I usually fly glider planes, so that's a challenge to me. I put around 40-50g of ballast in the nose. I had to scratch the color off, so I could glue it properly.
I also installed Zohd kopilot light which I had from Zohd Drift which now has Matek with iNav and it's easy to take off with kopilot. No problems at all.
It's like flying an 2WW fighter plane with FPV. I prefer to fly it with 3s. It's fast enough for me.
