    The FT009 is a High Speed, V-hull racing boat that is fast, fun and easy to use. Its stylish design is nice to look at and it really performs for a boat of this size. If you capsize the FT009 during high speed cornering no problems! It has an inbuilt self-righting function, just apply the throttle and it flips up the right way. All out full speed power runs and sharp banking turns on your favourite waterway are a blast, the FT009 is a ton of fun packed into 460mm of high speed boat.

    Being completely ready to run, it is great for both beginners and experienced boaters alike and would make an ideal One Design race boat for novices wanting to get into RC electric boat racing. It’s powered by a 7.4, 1500mAh V Li-ion battery which really packs a punch and comes with a 2.4GHz transmitter offering interference free running at any boating site. The motor, ESC and steering servo are all pre-installed.

    Good fun for your Kids

    Expert tip first:
    If you Change the connectors in your boat these are the perfect lipos for this machine.

    I ordered 2 of them with the boat. With the third one that comes with the boat you get enough runtime.
    Okay lets write about the racing boat. I got this die my four year old Boys and me. It has the perfect speed. On one side it is able to steer a sharp turn, the other direction it is a wide turn. This is Not a fault, the steering is designed that. I have not found a way to change that yet. But this is not reducing the fun for your kid.
    If you are an addult an have serious interesst in RC Racing Boats I think you can skip this one and invest the money in a more advanced toy. But if you want a cheap sneak into the feel of it or for your kids. The FT009 ist perfekt. Have fun with RC!!!
    PS: I have not tested the charger because i already have a better charger and it did not have the correct conector for Germany.
    Ah. Ignore the rewiev about the not working boat. It comes with a safety switch that only starts the boat when on water surface......

    So far great little boat without breaking the wallet. Make sure you you set it in the water then turn the remote on so it arms, took me a bit to figure out, dont usually have to read the manual to figure out how to turn something on. Only complaint for me is that the charger is non-us style so I cannot use. Replaced mini molex connector with dean and use my hobby grade charger instead.

    5 stars overall quality price ratio. Only place where batteries go not very good as batteries are not in contact between themand need some work to set up. Suprrb Delivery only four days HK to Italy! Ciao
