Very nice control horns, only one complaint , the holes drilled for the clevis's is a tad big ! I would prefer to see the holes smaller and if need be, they can then be drilled out.

Good control horn. I use it with 4-40 ball-link hardware, setup as dual arm. I have placed a photo in the "Files" section with hole dimensions for those who need additional info. HK also has Ball Joint Spacers (3mm) PRODUCT ID: 017000319-0, that fit 4-40 hardware perfectly.

I am changing all my gas planes control horns to these as they are far superior to the piece of thread with a plastic cap which a ball joint bolts on to these don't wear and bend like the threaded rod one and there are less components to loosen or get wear the only thing that has to wear out now is a ball joint and that takes a long time and when it does all you need to do is replace ball joint they are super strong and there are 8 self tapper bolts holding this on to control surface or you can put a bolt and nut right through the control surface with ply wood or washers on the other side those counter sunk ali washers look great and they work nice
