Dear Customers,
It has recently been brought to our attention that some customers are having issues binding the newly released OrangeRX R615X receiver to older, DSM2 only (non DSMX) transmitters. Upon investigation, we found that a small batch of the initial production run of the receiver had been shipped with the DSM2 mode disabled. The potentially affected units would have been sold on or before March 17th 2023. The issue has since been resolved for all order placed from March 18th onwards.
Please note that this issue will only affect customers using older, DSM2 only (non DSMX) transmitters, in which case the receiver simply won't bind. Customers using DSMX transmitters will not be affected. Anyone who finds their receiver cannot bind with their older, DSM2 only (non DSMX) transmitter, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Whilst the R615X is a small lightweight receiver designed for use with small to medium size aircraft and quads, the range is exceptionally good, and perfect for a wide range of models. We do, however, highly recommend that you carry out a thorough range check with your set-up before flying.
