The E-Predator III glider has been designed for the intermediate to experienced model flyer. It is very clean, efficient, agile, and highly maneuverable and has been designed with thermal and F5J competitions in mind but is also great for sport flying. It will fly in virtually all weathers which makes it an all-round contender in light or strong wind conditions. Clean and with the flaps set for speed the E-Predator will penetrate into headwinds with ease covering the ground very quickly to pick up the next thermal. Set the camber and the E-predator will slow up for thermalling or set crow braking to make precise landings. The wing has a curved leading edge planform which gives it a very wide speed envelope with no nasty habits at slow speeds. A very versatile and fantastic electric glider that you will never want to stop flying.
This new generation of the electric glider is manufactured to a very high standard using fiberglass and carbon materials. The wings are a hollow molded fiberglass construction which is reinforced with carbon in the stress areas and they come in 2 parts for easy transportation with a square carbon wing joiner, the V-tails are also removable. The nose of the E-Predator III has been enlarged (38mm) over its predecessors to give more room for electric motors. The finish is outstanding, it is a smooth high gloss gel-coat finish with pre-painted graphics, it looks stunning. The E-Predator has ailerons, elevator, rudder, and flaps which will require a minimum of a 7ch radio with mixing so that you can program V-tail mixing, camber for different flight modes, and crow braking for pinpoint landings. Hardware includes pushrods and clevises, control horns, wing joiner, servo plates, and covers.
