cheap low quality properller

As per the description, it says that this pro with hub has a metal hub which is incorrect. This is a low-quality hub

I have been running one of these on Turnigy 3010C On 2S. The blades fit the bolts well, it runs smooth and quiet. The folding design has saved a lot of repair. The folding design really improve the glide characteristics with the ESC brake on.

Just got mine and measurements are different then above.

Diameter = 42mm

hub length (38mm length of central bar screw to screw)

The real issue is that the blades are too thin for the hub (by about 2.1 mm) and the hole for the retainer screw is too large. This slop allows the blade pitch to varry by about 3-4 degrees! This will have to be fixed.
