Product Description

This mini Vibrating cleaning set is perfect for removing grease, dust and other contaminants from small objects. Ideal for bearings, gears, springs, shafts, jewelry, watch parts and even small precision instruments.

The 3-minute cleaning process is very gentle but effective, the unit generates thousands of tiny bubbles in the cleaning fluid by vibrating at a very high frequency. This action gets right into the core of the components to give them a thorough clean. The set is supplied with a bottle of bearing detergent which you mix with water for the cleaning process. Do not use gasoline, kerosene or other volatile or flammable solvents in the mini ultrasonic unit.

Adam Drake uses this to clean bearings

Big fan of Adam Drake, he uses this same unit to clean bearings, I was quite disappointed when I received an email stating that my order consisting of only this item was considered a DG item and cannot be shipped to me in the USA. I learned after that the only reason this item was being considered a DG item was because of the detergent liquid that is paired with the mini vibrating cleaner unit. I had to use a parcel forwarding company to be able to get this item which costed a considerable amount. If you are still interested in getting this I would advise you to use a parcel forwarding company that has a location based in Hong Kong, I used Tiptrans. Have them repack and discard the bottle of detergent to keep only the mini vibrating cleaner unit in the package, use this HTS code: 8479.89.9585 to be able to have it go through US customs. I have requested that Hobby King separate the Mini vibrating cleaner unit from the liquid detergent, hopefully they consider my request so that others can get this item without having to go through other companies. Great cleaner, compact size is great for traveling.

Disappointed to say the least.

Tried to order this to the UK, however I received an email to say that my order contained 'Dangerous goods' assuming it was the lipo battery included in my full order I agreed to cancel the DG and ship the rest of the order, it turned out it was this unit that was classed as dangerous goods. I'll be ordering a similar unit from Aliexpress. Overall very disappointed.

The mini cleaner is nothing more than a switch and motor with an offset weight on it. In no way as good as ultrasonic cleaner. No timer or anything fancy inside, despite what the description stated at time of purchase. Have no clue what is actually in the cleaning fluid.
