Turnigy Hardcase batteries stand up to the stress and shock associated with the punishing extremes of on or off-road racing. No matter the type of driving you're into, Turnigy Hardcase packs are an ideal choice.

These Alpha batteries are equipped with removable, heavy-duty 10AWG cabling to minimize resistance and to deliver a huge amount of current when you punch the throttle. Each bullet connector that plugs into the battery is angled to reduce the height which makes the installation easier and a little tidier and the harness includes a JST-XH style balance connector commonly found on all Turnigy batteries.

The Turnigy Alpha range of batteries have been ROAR approved so they can be used when racing at events that are run under the ROAR rules.

I bought this turnigy alpha 8000mah lipo battery and on first usage after 3 minutes it failed by burning a connector and breaking internally. It does not work anymore.
I am very dissatisfied with this product which they say: "..hand-picked and matched for the ultimate in quality..

I bought these to run in an 1/8 electric GT car. The batteries were able to last 8-10minutes runs and had plenty of punch. However after using these for approximately two months they have dropped a cell and were starting to puff, they were always put into storage charge and temperatures were kept at 50degrees while being used. I've also noticed the price has decreased from A$110.0 to A$89.20 since I purchased them... I bought these to replace my one year old LRP 8100mah which have had a lot more run time and abuse and are still able to hold 7000mah...

Purchased 2 of these when they were on sale, one was good but the other was faulty and did not hold it's charge. After notifying HK, they immediately sent me a replacement without any hassles and the replacement battery was good. Can't really tell the difference in performance between the Alphas and the Rapids.

Nice build packs.
After a few charges a little puffy (Always had them on storage)
Internal resistance after arrival around 6 mOhm. Never got them lower than that. Even after some cycles.
