YEP ESC series offers a super smooth linear throttle response making them exceptional fixed-wing and helicopter ESCs.  The features offered in this ESC are only matched by the most expensive European brands at a fraction of the cost. The super-smooth soft start, along with its ultra-high-resolution throttle response puts this ESC in a class of its own!

YEP ESCs are built with the highest quality components to ensure true-to-rating current handling and high-efficiency operation. Although quality is a tag line mentioned by many manufacturers you'll notice the difference the moment you remove the YEP ESC from the box. 
All YEP ESCs can be programmed via an optional programming card or by transmitter stick inputs.

• Low voltage cut-off can be disabled  
• Variable cut-off voltage / cell    
• Active free-wheeling circuit allows for unlimited "partial load" capability
• LED status display  
• Adjustable motor timing from 0° to 30°  
• Blocked rotation protection (senses a jammed motor and stops motor rotation)  
• Over-temperature protection and overload alarm  
• Anti sparking circuit: reduces connection sparks 
• Throttle signal loses protection. If the signal is lost for 3 seconds, the power will automatically cut-off.  
• Safe power-on. (Motor will not start until throttle is returned to lowest position)

mijn esc van 300 dollar is opgebrand met een xpwr 40cc, vervangen door deze yep en nu heb ik geen problemen meer. Nice product, prijs kwaliteit veel beter

I purchased 2 for my large scale twin aircraft. On the first bench test, using a 12S (48V, 50.4 PEAK) battery pack, when the Aerodrive 6374/192 motor pulled 58 amps and the Temp Gauge showed 102 Degrees Fahrenheit, with plenty of cooling air, the first one burned up before I could shut it down. The second one would not reach a cruise power power setting and would shut down before I could get over 50 amps! I only need between 31 & 32 volts for 6000 RPM/Cruise.
This 48# aircraft needs 4800 watts to produce decent flight characteristics.
I've tinkered with the timing on the programming card. Motor has 12 winds.
All this should NOT be a problem for these controllers.

Does not seem to recognise end point programming

Spent two weeks so far but cannot get this ESC to recognise the transmitter end points. Motor control only occurs over about 40% of throttle movement. It is not a transmitter problem.

Good ESC with lots od settings. Work together with Turnigy G160/290kv. There are some issues to setup the ESC and engine (autotiming ect.) but this ESC is for good price.
